DOVER — David L. Anderson, a Dover City Councilman representing the 4th District, has been appointed to the National League of Cities (NLC) 2026 Military Communities Council. This appointment recognizes Anderson’s commitment to supporting the needs of military personnel and their families within the Dover community.
The NLC Military Communities Council advises NLC leadership on issues impacting military installations and communities. Council members play a key role in shaping NLC policy positions and advocating for federal resources that support local military partnerships.The National League of Cities represents over 19,000 cities, towns, and villages, advocating for their interests before the federal government.
