The Chance:
The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to elevate the Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc’s brand and drive revenue. This includes:
* SEO/SEM Leadership: Managing and optimizing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize online visibility.
* Social Media Management: Overseeing all social media channels, building a strong online community, and executing engaging content strategies.
* Website Management: Maintaining and updating the resort’s website to ensure a user-friendly and informative experience.
* Reputation Management: Monitoring and responding to online reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Yelp, and others, working closely with the Guest Experience team.
* Content Creation & Approval: Reviewing and approving all marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
* Performance Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs),measuring ROI,and providing monthly reports to the Marketing & Interaction Manager.
* Sales & Revenue Support: Providing support to the Sales and Revenue departments with e-tools and electronic media.
* Trend Forecasting: Analyzing sales performance trends and recommending strategies for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Paid Social Expertise: Proven experience executing successful paid social media campaigns.
* **Independence & Adaptability
