The Chance:

The ‍Digital ‍Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to elevate ⁣the Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc’s brand and drive revenue. This includes:

* SEO/SEM Leadership: ⁢ Managing and optimizing search ⁤engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize online visibility.
* Social Media Management: ‌Overseeing all social media channels, building a strong online community, and executing engaging content strategies.
* ​ Website Management: Maintaining and updating the resort’s website to⁢ ensure a user-friendly and informative experience.
* ⁤ Reputation⁣ Management: Monitoring and responding to online reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor, Yelp, and​ others, working closely with the Guest Experience ⁢team.
* Content Creation & Approval: Reviewing⁣ and approving all marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
* Performance Analysis: Tracking key⁢ performance indicators (KPIs),measuring ROI,and providing monthly reports to the Marketing & Interaction Manager.
* Sales & Revenue Support: Providing support to the Sales and ​Revenue ‌departments with e-tools and electronic ⁣media.
* Trend Forecasting: Analyzing sales performance trends and recommending strategies for improvement.
