Denver Braces for breezy Weekend, Potential Snow along I-70 Corridor

Denver⁤ residents ​should prepare for ⁤a shift in⁣ weather⁤ conditions as a cooler weekend approaches,‌ bringing brisk winds and the possibility of light snow to the mountains. After a‍ warm Friday,​ temperatures will drop substantially, with Saturday experiencing particularly gusty conditions.

The change marks a departure from​ recent above-average temperatures, impacting weekend plans for ⁣outdoor⁤ activities ⁤and ⁤travel ‌along the I-70‍ corridor. While Denver itself is expected to see a mix of ⁢sun and clouds, areas along the I-70 corridor could⁢ receive light snowfall. ⁣The cooler trend will​ continue into‌ Sunday,with highs struggling to reach 50 degrees,before a return to‌ milder temperatures early next week.

Friday will conclude the workweek with sunshine, lighter ‍winds, and highs in ​the ‌lower 60s. saturday will see brisk winds and highs in the middle‍ 50s, alongside ⁣the chance ⁤of light snow in the mountains. Sunday‍ will be cooler still,with lighter winds and more sunshine,but highs⁤ remaining below⁣ 50 ⁢degrees.

Looking ahead, Monday will bring a‌ return to milder temperatures, with ​highs reaching the upper ‌60s under⁤ sunny⁣ skies. Tuesday will be similarly pleasant, with abundant sunshine and highs​ in the upper 60s.Wednesday will‍ see increased cloud cover, but‍ temperatures will remain pleasant in⁢ the middle 60s.
