MIA Construction Wins ₹68.1 Crore Contract for Delhi metro Phase 4 Finishing Works
NEW DELHI – MIA Construction Pvt Ltd has been awarded a ₹68.1 crore contract by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for architectural finishing works on four elevated stations along the Golden Line (Phase 4) of the Delhi Metro. The declaration follows a competitive bidding process that began in June 2025 and involved ten initial bidders.
The contract encompasses design, fabrication, supply, erection, and roof sheeting of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures, alongside the design and construction of external facades, water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, and site growth. This project is critical to the completion of the Golden Line extension,enhancing connectivity and transportation options for residents of South Delhi.The DMRC initially invited bids with a 450-day completion deadline.
Technical bids were opened on June 25, 2025, with ten firms participating. Following technical evaluation on August 29, 2025, three bids were rejected.Financial bids were subsequently opened on the same day, and after financial evaluation on September 10, 2025, six additional firms were eliminated, leaving MIA Construction as the lowest bidder.

The project will focus on the stations at Sangam Vihar, Khanpur, Ambedkar Nagar, and saket-G block. This contract represents a important step towards the full operationalization of the Golden Line extension, promising improved commuter experience and regional development.
