Berrettini Secures Opening Point for Italy in Davis Cup Semi-Final
MALMO, SWEDEN - Matteo Berrettini delivered a commanding performance against Belgium’s Kimmer Coppejans on Friday, securing the first point for Italy in their Davis Cup semi-final clash. The victory marks Berrettini’s 10th consecutive singles win representing his country.

While Coppejans briefly halted Berrettini’s progress, leveling the second set at 2-2, a stunning cross-court forehand from the Italian denied the Belgian a potential fourth consecutive game. Berrettini regained his advantage with another break and ultimately served out the match, maintaining his undefeated streak in Davis Cup singles play.
