Stray Kids’ Lee Know Injured at ‘2025 MAMA Awards,’ Agency Confirms Ankle Sprain
Hong Kong/Seoul – November 30, 2025 – Stray Kids member Lee Know (real name lee Min-ho, 27) sustained an ankle injury during the group’s performance at the ‘2025 MAMA AWARDS’ in Hong Kong on November 29th, his agency, JYP Entertainment, announced today. The injury occurred shortly after Stray Kids was awarded two accolades,including the prestigious ‘Album of the Year’ Daesang (grand prize).
Concerns arose among fans when Lee Know was photographed in a wheelchair on November 30th upon the group’s return too Korea. images captured by Star News showed the artist bowing his head in greeting to reporters and fans while seated in the wheelchair.
JYP Entertainment subsequently released an official statement detailing the incident. “Rino suffered an ankle injury during the ‘2025 Mama Awards’ stage on November 29 and received local treatment. After returning to Korea on November 30, he instantly visited the hospital and underwent necessary tests and treatment,” the statement read.
Medical examination confirmed an ankle sprain. JYP Entertainment assured fans that Lee know will “receive appropriate treatment according to the opinions of the medical staff and will receive sufficient rest.”
The agency concluded by requesting fan understanding and pledging to prioritize Lee Know’s health and recovery.
