CTS, a coaching organization serving endurance athletes, has been developing professional coaches for over two decades, offering expertise in cycling, running, and triathlon.
The organization provides coaching to athletes ranging from beginners to Olympians and World Champions, according to information released by CTS. Coaches also contribute to industry publications, participate in coaching summits, and host podcasts.
CTS distinguishes itself with an in-house Coaching Education Program that includes ongoing mentoring and evaluations, alongside an Athlete Services team dedicated to providing personalized support. All coaches undergo a vetting process and adhere to a science-based coaching philosophy refined over more than 20 years.
Currently, CTS offers coaching in a variety of cycling disciplines, including road, gravel, mountain biking, cyclocross, and track cycling, as well as ultrarunning, running, triathlon, and cross-country skiing. They also function with motor sports athletes and provide head coaching services for cycling and ultrarunning.

Chris Carmichael, a prominent figure in endurance sports coaching, is also affiliated with CTS, based in Solvang, California.
