CyberLeek releases GTA 6 video and threatens leaks for crypto value
Grand Theft Auto VI developers face a new wave of security breaches as a hacking group known as CyberLeek released a 25-minute gameplay video and threatened further leaks tied to cryptocurrency speculation.
The unauthorized footage, published online by CyberLeek, stems from an outdated development build of the game. The video likely displays manipulated elements and features not planned for the final release, including a first-person perspective mode. The breach follows previous leaks that exposed a naked character model of Jason traversing the fictional state of Leonida.
CyberLeek Ties Explicit Media Releases to Cryptocurrency Value
CyberLeek has tied the release of further explicit media to the market capitalization of its proprietary cryptocurrency. The group established a tiered valuation schedule: reaching two million dollars in market cap is intended to unlock footage of the main character, Lucia, in a bikini, three million for a topless view, and four million for full nudity. The hackers further promised 4K uncensored close-ups if valuations hit six million dollars.
Beyond graphic content, CyberLeek issued ultimatums regarding the game’s core narrative. The group stated on its website that it will leak the entire playable build of GTA 6 from beginning to end if the market capitalization of its cryptocurrency reaches 30 million dollars. The hackers have given community members a vote on what content to leak next, offering options that include free-roam exploration or side missions featuring Jason or Lucia.

Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar Games, was cited as a target of specific demands. The hackers claimed the publisher could prevent the leaks by issuing a public apology and guaranteeing a physical disc release for traditional platforms.
