Cultural Neighborhood Events: Shows, Fair & Activities in San Juan

The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and sports is hosting a “Cultural Neighborhood Cycle” at the former urbanistic space, offering a variety of free family-kind activities until Sunday, July 20th. The event features live music, children’s shows, recreational activities, cinema, dance, and an artisan market.

Highlights include:

Friday, July 18th: Folk music by Celina fernández, Malambo by Barrera Peña, “Journey through the Cosmos” theater dance, and a closing performance by the band Versus.Children can enjoy a show with Caco and his doll, and a percussion event. Scientific and slime workshops (“Sharía LAB”) for ages 6-12 will also be held. Saturday, July 19th: Performances by the Tejerina duo, “Gaucho Renaissance,” “Neighborhood Artistic Club,” noelia songs, Circus Chacota, and the group Vortex, with a musical closing by Palo Santo. The “La Pulga Messi” well-being space and sharing workshops will be available.
* Sunday, July 20th: Folk music by Ángeles Domínguez and Solange Pinto, urban dance by Box Urban Dance and Fourgyals, a children’s show by Pablo Montemurro, and a choral performance by new times. The event concludes with a musical performance by King of Banana. Two sessions of the “Yupi light-lordly-artal-artal” workshop for children aged 4-12 will also take place.

The “Cultural Neighborhood Cycle” aims to be an accessible and inclusive community gathering space,showcasing local talent and offering a blend of recreation and culture. More details can be found on web.sanjuan.gob.ar.
