Columbus Crew set for Leagues Cup Showdown Against Club Puebla Tonight
Columbus, OH – The Columbus Crew will host Club Puebla at Lower.com Field tonight, August 1, at 7 p.m.ET, marking their entry into the Leagues Cup tournament. The Crew, ranked fourth overall among the 36 participating teams, faces Club Puebla, the lowest-ranked Liga MX team in the competition at 35th.
This match is the first of group stage play for the Crew, who will afterward face Club León on August 5. Club León currently sits 27th in the Leagues Cup rankings.
