Delhi Man Frist in Line for iPhone 17,Celebrates “Saffron” Color
New Delhi - September 19,2025 – A Delhi resident became one of the first customers in India to purchase the newly released iPhone 17,specifically citing his excitement over the phone’s “Cosmic Orange” color. The vibrant hue, reminiscent of saffron, has quickly generated buzz following the iPhone 17’s launch in India today.
The customer, a resident of Sangam Vihar, waited in line since morning to secure the new device.”I was in the queue since morning, adn I am excited to buy the iPhone of this colour. In India, this saffron-coloured phone will become very popular. I am a Muslim, but I love this colour,” he told the Press Trust of India (PTI).
He described feeling “like I’ve won something” while displaying the phone, predicting the color would be a major hit across the country. The man was upgrading from an iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Apple unveiled the iPhone 17 series on September 9 at an event held at apple Park in Cupertino,California. The launch included the iPhone 17 Pro models, the ultra-slim iPhone Air, AirPods Pro 3, and the latest Apple Watch lineup.The Cosmic Orange finish has been widely praised by tech enthusiasts as a standout addition to the new series.
