Val-de-Reuil EPIDE Center Seeks Education & Citizenship Counselor to empower Young Volunteers

Reporting to the Head of Education & Citizenship, the Counselor will oversee a group of volunteers throughout their EPIDE journey. Key responsibilities include: organizing daily activities from wake-up to bedtime and monitoring attendance; leading collective maintenance tasks (TEC) and team-building exercises; and contributing to the design and implementation of the EPIDE citizenship program, forging partnerships with local authorities and associations.
The role also requires initiating and leading projects based on individual expertise, assessing volunteer autonomy, assisting with sports activities to enhance social skills, and providing ongoing mentorship through individual support meetings, contract negotiation, and constructive feedback. interested candidates can find more details at www.epide.fr.
