Millet, Alberta – Preparations are underway for the 27th iteration of the beloved “Concert in the Country,” an event organizers describe as a festivity “where God is the headliner.” The free, family-friendly festival will take place at the millet agriplex, 5400 45 Ave, from august 8th to August 10th.

The concert officially opens Friday,August 8th,at 6:30 p.m. Saturday’s performances run from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., following doors opening at 11:00 a.m. The event culminates on Sunday, August 10th, with a chapel service from 10:30 a.m. to noon and musical performances from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
