West Barnstable, MA – Cape Cod Community College’s Tilden Arts Centre will host “Waves of Change,” a three-day arts festival beginning this Friday, featuring films adn events focused on social justice and racial equality. The festival kicks off with a performance of “Play It Again, Tim,” a comparsa created by sisters Isabella and Sophia Mangual, followed by a reception.
