As our ⁣ Cluster sales & ⁣Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales and marketing department. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing administrative support for key accounts⁤ within designated markets.
* ​ Preparing compelling proposals, contracts, and correspondence for clients and partners.
* Maintaining accurate client data ⁣and activity logs within our CRM system.
* Coordinating site visits and familiarization trips for potential clients.
*‍ Facilitating communication between the Sales team and hotel operations.
* Assisting in the⁢ creation of presentations, reports, and market analyses.
* Managing administrative tasks such ‌as filing,scheduling,travel arrangements,and expense reports.
* Responding to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
* ⁤ Supporting the development of relationships with travel trade partners, tour operators, and corporate clients.
* ‍ Tracking proposal follow-up and ⁣ensuring ⁤timely payment processing.
* assisting with trade shows, exhibitions, and ⁢roadshows.
* ‌ Monitoring and​ reporting on ‌monthly sales performance and market⁤ trends.

What we’re looking for:

* A BachelorS degree in Business,sales,marketing,or a related field.
* 1-2 years⁤ of experience​ in sales coordination, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel sector.
* Knowledge of CIS markets and travel trends is a⁣ significant​ advantage.
* ‌ Excellent English communication skills;⁣ proficiency in Russian is highly desirable.
* ⁣ Strong proficiency in Microsoft ​Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
*‌ The ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* ‍‌ A positive, team-oriented attitude and a ‍commitment to client satisfaction.
