SYNOPSIS
Piero and Elisabetta loved each other, despite the opposition of her parents, and had three children with whom to form an apparently indissoluble unit. But when the eldest, Flavio, loses his life in an accident, the family disintegrates: Elisabetta and Piero look at each other in the dog and exchange fierce jokes, unable to overcome that tragic event and not to blame each other. They are the two children who remain, Dennis and Sara, who convince them to celebrate Christmas together in Cortina d’Ampezzo, the location where the maternal grandparents have a luxurious chalet. The two boys have a plan, which however will be abruptly interrupted by an unexpected event. All family dynamics will be questioned, and will all hold out for a long night of expectations and reflections on the past.
The strength of a family lies in finding the reasons to stay together even when everything changes.
