Chad Michael Murray, who played Jake in the 2003 film *Freaky Friday*, recently reflected on a memorable scene where his character serenades Anna coleman (played by Lindsay lohan) outside her home. The twist in the film is that anna and her mother, Tess Coleman (played by Jamie Lee Curtis), have swapped bodies due to a supernatural event at a Chinese restaurant.
Murray shared his thankfulness for the scene, stating, “Wager it was great. I’m so grateful [director Mark Waters] came up with this idea and it has become a living.” He recalled the experiance of singing loudly in a real neighborhood, which initially felt awkward but ultimately became a cherished memory for many. Murray’s comments come as he prepares to reprise his role as Jake in the upcoming sequel to *Freaky Friday*. The latest trailer reveals that Jake will be involved when Anna, Tess, and Anna’s teenage daughter are all body-swapped. The teenagers decide to seek out Jake’s help to sabotage Anna’s impending wedding.
