Celebrity Jeopardy! All Stars: Lineup, Premiere Date & Returning Champions Revealed
Three past champions will return to the arena when Celebrity Jeopardy! All Stars premieres Friday, March 13, on ABC, the network announced. Ike Barinholtz, Lisa Ann Walter and W. Kamau Bell, each a previous season winner, will compete against 18 other celebrities for the All Stars crown.
Barinholtz won the inaugural season of the celebrity spin-off, while Walter took the title in season two and Bell emerged victorious in season three. The three champions will be seeded directly into the tournament semifinals, according to ABC.
Joining the trio of champions will be Mark Duplass, Rachel Dratch, Andy Richter, Macaulay Culkin, Cynthia Nixon, Margaret Cho, Ray Romano, podcaster Katie Nolan, NFL analyst Mina Kimes, Steven Weber, Gilmore Girls actor Sean Gunn, comedian Roy Wood Jr., Patton Oswalt, Robin Thede, Mo Rocca, and Mira Sorvino. Jackie Tohn and Tim Simons, stars of the reveal Nobody Wants This, will also participate.
The competition will unfold across ten episodes, comprising six quarterfinal rounds, three semifinal matches, and a single championship finale. Host Ken Jennings previewed the upcoming season, stating that the show’s “brightest stars are all back,” according to ABC.
Barinholtz, who also competed in the Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions in 2024, described his experience as feeling “like a guinea pig a little bit, but I like guinea pigs, they’re adorable, like me,” according to reports from the tournament. He added, “It’s an honor to be here.”
Walter previously stated she intends to be buried with her Celebrity Jeopardy! trophy, telling Jennings, “I’m going to be buried in [my Jeopardy! trophy], it’s my urn. I fought for it, I won it and it’s going to go to good use. And I’m not kidding, We see now in my will,” as reported by E! News.
Bell, reflecting on his season three win, said it felt “awesome to win,” noting his tendency to quickly research obscure facts during conversations, as reported on the show’s website.
Celebrity Jeopardy! All Stars will be available to stream on Hulu the day following its premiere on ABC.
