Coubisou Residents Flock to Traditional Tripous Morning in Causse
Causse, france – September 14, 2025 – A surge of local food enthusiasts gathered in the village hall of Causse this morning for a traditional tripous breakfast hosted by the Causse and Monastery-CabroSpines animation committee. the event, a festivity of regional cuisine, drew a large crowd eager to partake in the hearty morning meal.
The tripous morning, held from 8:00 AM throughout the morning, offered a variety of dishes centered around tripe and calf’s head. Attendees enjoyed options seasoned with point, veal head sauce gribiche, or served simply as a sweet breakfast, catering to diverse palates.
