This birth follows the arrival of their first child, Dimitri Paul Polinsky, born in November 2023. Carmella shared the news with a heartfelt message on Instagram: “Bram julian polinsky. you’ve changed my life forever, baby boy.“ The announcement comes several months after Carmella’s departure from WWE earlier in 2024, a transition she publicly described as difficult.
Carmella revealed she experienced complications with her contract renewal while recovering from nerve damage in her foot following her first pregnancy. She stated she was “really hurt” and “upset and disappointed” when her contract was unexpectedly unfrozen without her knowledge, a situation she felt was notably disheartening given WWE’s awareness of her medical situation. Despite the challenging circumstances surrounding her exit, Carmella has not publicly disclosed her future professional plans, focusing now on her growing family.
