Cajamar: PAC Aid Advances & Support for Farmers | Field Book CX Tierra Offer

Cajamar Caja Rural has launched its annual campaign to provide farmers and ranchers with early access to funds from the Common Agricultural Policy (PAC), offering a financial solution designed to provide immediate liquidity.

The financial institution will analyze each agricultural operation individually, offering an advance tailored to the specific needs of each client. This initiative aims to help agricultural professionals manage expenses during their campaigns without waiting for administrative payment schedules, according to a statement released today.

Beyond the financial advance, Cajamar is offering free, one-year licenses for CX Tierra, a digital tool developed by Plataforma Tierra, to those who deposit their PAC aid with the bank and whose aid exceeds 5,000 euros. CX Tierra assists with compliance with the legal requirements of the digital Field Notebook (SIEX) and can be accessed via mobile phone, computer, or tablet. The tool also integrates features such as irrigation and fertilization plans, weather forecasting, and pest management, as well as carbon footprint calculation.

Cajamar’s support for the agricultural sector spans over six decades, and the institution identifies as a cooperative with deep roots in the rural community. The bank currently holds a 15.2% national market share in agricultural financing and provided over 40% of new business financing in 2025, according to the bank.

The institution’s commitment to the sector is further demonstrated through its Innovation Ecosystem, which includes research centers focused on transferring knowledge to improve efficiency, profitability, and sustainability. Cajamar also operates Cajamar Innova, an incubator for startups and technology companies developing solutions for the agricultural sector.

Complementing these initiatives, Cajamar offers specialized products for agricultural professionals, including the “Cuenta Autónomo Agro” account, various financing options, and agricultural insurance. The bank also provides a Temporary Labor Incapacity (ILT) insurance policy specifically designed for self-employed farmers and ranchers, guaranteeing daily payments in case of illness or accident.
