Bucks Beat Suns 108-105: Rollins Scores 26 in Milwaukee Victory
PHOENIX – Ryan Rollins scored 26 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Phoenix Suns 108-105 on Saturday night, extending the Suns’ losing streak to five games.
The Bucks, playing without a full roster, secured only their third win in the last 12 games. Kyle Kuzma contributed 20 points before leaving the game in the third quarter with right Achilles tendon tightness, according to reports.
Rollins sealed the victory with a floater in the paint with 23.8 seconds remaining, giving Milwaukee a 107-104 lead. He then added a free throw with 9.7 seconds left to secure the win. Rollins shot 10-for-19 from the field and also dished out seven assists.
The Suns briefly took an 82-81 lead entering the fourth quarter, but the game remained closely contested throughout the final period. Ousmane Dieng’s short jumper put the Bucks ahead 102-97 with 2:21 left to play.
Jalen Green led the Suns with 24 points, while Collin Gillespie added 18.
Phoenix was without several key players, including Grayson Allen (knee), Royce O’Neale (knee), Dillon Brooks (hand), and Mark Williams (foot). The team’s injury situation has contributed to their recent struggles, as they continue to search for solutions to end their losing streak.
