BTS ARIRANG on Spotify: Free Premium with Naver Membership

Naver, South Korea’s leading IT corporation, is bolstering benefits for its Plus membership subscribers with expanded access to content from both Spotify and Netflix, effective immediately. The move coincides with BTS’s comeback concert in Seoul on Saturday and a broader citywide event, “BTS The City Arirang Seoul,” running through April 12.

The updated Naver Maps and Navigation app now features an indoor map of the Gwanghwamun Square concert venue, providing attendees with real-time information on seating, restrooms, information desks, and medical facilities. The app as well offers real-time traffic updates, including road closures and public transportation details, and supports multiple languages to assist international fans.

Naver Plus members will gain access to Spotify Premium Basic for a monthly fee of ₩4,900 (approximately $3.75 USD as of March 17, 2026), allowing ad-free listening to BTS’s latest release, “ARIRANG,” and other music content. The partnership with Spotify includes a pre-application opportunity for a SWIMSIDE cruise event, though specific details regarding the event’s location, dates, and activities remain limited.

Beyond Spotify, Naver Plus subscribers will also have access to BTS-related content on Netflix, including a livestream of the Gwanghwamun concert and a documentary detailing the production of BTS’s newest studio album. Naver’s search engine has also been updated to include interactive content celebrating the band’s comeback when users search for BTS-related keywords through March 27.

The initiatives are designed to enhance the fan experience and leverage the popularity of both BTS and Naver’s digital platforms. Naver is also updating its map service to list event venues for “BTS The City Arirang Seoul” starting April 6, providing a comprehensive resource for fans attending events throughout the city.
