Shurgard announced on Monday evening that it has finalized a sales agreement for a new self-storage facility in South London. the facility,slated to open in 2027,will span 5,600 square meters and offer over 900 storage units. Shurgard estimates the direct project costs at £18.2 million, anticipating a return of approximately 8 percent.
