Browns Fans Choose Between Larvadain and Floriea UDFA WRs

CLEVELAND, OH – As the Cleveland Browns prepare for their preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers at Cleveland Browns Stadium tonight, a recent fan poll on DawgsbyNature.com reveals a surprising preference for undrafted free agent wide receiver Luke Floriea over fellow UDFA Gage Larvadain.

The poll, conducted within the newly launched “THE FEED” section of the website, asked fans to choose which of the two receivers they would keep on the 53-man roster for the 2025 season. With approximately one hour remaining in the 24-hour voting period, Floriea garnered 64% of the 446 total votes (285 votes), while Larvadain received 36% (161 votes).

This outcome is notable considering Larvadain has consistently made highlight-reel plays during training camp, while Floriea, a local product from avon High School, has demonstrated consistent performance. Both players are vying for a spot in a Browns wide receiver room that already includes established starters Amari Cooper, Elijah Moore, and Jerry Jeudy.

undrafted free agents face an uphill battle to make an NFL roster, relying heavily on preseason performance to prove their worth. The Browns’ current wide receiver depth chart presents a significant challenge for both Floriea and Larvadain, with competition for the final roster spots being especially fierce.

Floriea’s strengths lie in his quickness and ability to create separation early in routes.Larvadain, meanwhile, excels at contested catches and generating yards after the reception. Both skillsets are highly valued in the modern NFL.

Tonight’s game against the Panthers, scheduled for a 7:00 PM EDT kickoff, will provide a crucial opportunity for both Floriea and Larvadain to showcase their abilities in a live game setting. The Browns’ coaching staff, led by head coach Kevin Stefanski, will be closely evaluating their performance alongside other hopefuls vying for a roster spot.
