The official trailer for Vertical’s upcoming action thriller, Brothers Under Fire, starring Kiefer Sutherland, was released today, March 24, 2026. The film is slated for release on April 17, 2026.

The film centers on Captain Jordan Wright (Sutherland) and his squadron who find themselves embroiled in a dangerous conflict with a cartel although on abandon in Mexico for a wedding. According to a synopsis, the celebratory occasion devolves into a desperate fight for survival as Wright attempts to lead his surviving men to safety.

The trailer depicts a sudden and violent clash between the soldiers and cartel members, initiated after a member of the cartel is fatally wounded by Wright. The ensuing conflict forces the squadron into a battle against overwhelming odds.

Brothers Under Fire is directed by Justin Chadwick, with a screenplay penned by Ian Mackenzie Jeffers and Delbert Hancock, based on a story by James Keach and Trevor Albert. The cast includes Omar Chaparro, Laura Osma, Ashton Sanders, Tommy Martinez, Solly McLeod, Flora Martínez, Laird Akeo, Fredy Yate, Orlando Pineda, Sebastián Sierra, and Gabriel Camero.
