BROOKVILLE, Pa. – Teh Brookville Area School District Music Department has announced its schedule of winter concerts for December. Three performances will showcase the talents of students across all grade levels.
The series kicks off with the Junior High Winter Concert on Tuesday, December 9, at 7:00 p.m. in the brookville Area High School Auditorium.The concert will feature performances by the Junior High Orchestra, Choir, and Band.
The following evening, Wednesday, December 10, the Senior High Winter concert will take place at 7:00 p.m., also in the high school auditorium.The program includes the Orchestra, Concert Choir, and Concert Band, and will feature guest trombone soloist Bob Matchett.
The final concert in the series will be the Elementary winter Concert on Thursday, December 18, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. This performance will highlight the Fifth and sixth Grade Orchestra, the Elementary Choir, and the Fifth and Sixth Grade Band.
All three concerts are free and open to the public, the music department announced.
