ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – The Denver Broncos will be without three players for Sunday’s season opener against the Tennessee Titans, as linebacker Dre Greenlaw, defensive tackle Malcolm Roach, and tight end Nate Adkins have been ruled out.
greenlaw is dealing with a quad injury,Roach has a calf issue,and Adkins is nursing an ankle injury. None of Greenlaw or Adkins participated in practice this week. Roach was a limited participant on thursday before being held out of Friday’s session.
The Broncos received positive news regarding outside linebacker Dondrea Tillman, who progressed from a limited participant on Thursday (hamstring) to a full participant on Friday. He is expected to be available for the game.
Wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. (thigh), inside linebacker Alex Singleton (thumb), and outside linebacker Nik Bonitto (foot) have all been full participants in practice throughout the week and are expected to play.
Denver will host Tennessee at 2:05 p.m. MT at Empower Field at Mile High,with coverage on FOX.
