Paris, France – At 72, Brigitte Macron maintains a remarkably active lifestyle, and teh secret to her fitness has been revealed: a daily one-hour exercise bike routine combined with weight training and core work. The First Lady prioritizes physical activity,focusing on exercises beneficial for heart health,joints,and glutes,all without leaving the Élysée Palace.
Journalist Bertrand Meyer-Stabley,author of Ladies of the Elysée,first reported the routine in 2018 to L’Express. Macron supplements her cycling with “weight training, floor mat” exercises, demonstrating a commitment to a well-rounded fitness regimen.
Notably,Macron undertakes this routine independently. “I don’t have a coach, I’m on my own,” she told RMC Sport. “As soon as I take one, it breaks me, so I’m on my own. But I do it every day!”
