Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro,mirroring the trajectory of figures like the US President,harbors ambitions for a political resurgence and intends to contend in the 2026 presidential election.

However, current electoral regulations prevent his participation. The Superior Electoral court of Brazil has disqualified Bolsonaro from holding public office for the period spanning 2023 to 2030.This ruling stems from his unsubstantiated claims questioning the integrity of the nation’s electronic voting system. By 2030,Bolsonaro will be 75 years old,a age comparable to Donald Trump’s age when he commenced his second term.
