Bragado Restaurant & Kiosk Public Tender – $500,000 Budget
The Municipality of Bragado, Argentina, has announced a public tender for the lease and operation of a concession within the city’s bus terminal. The tender, designated No. 02/2026, concerns the space currently occupied by a cafeteria-restaurant, and includes the operation of a kiosk, with both businesses to be managed as a single economic unit.
The official budget for the concession is set at 500,000 Argentine pesos. Bids will be opened on March 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the White Hall of the Malvinas War Veterans, located at Alsina 178, Bragado, Buenos Aires Province.
Interested parties can obtain and inspect bid documents from February 24, 2026, to March 11, 2026, until 12:00 PM at the Municipal Purchasing Department, also located at Alsina 178. The cost of the bid documents is 16,500 Argentine pesos.
Offers must be received by the Municipal Purchasing Department no later than 8:30 AM on March 12, 2026. The bus terminal, according to municipal information, is situated at the intersection of Juan Domingo Perón Avenue and 12 de Octubre Street. The terminal provides connections to various destinations throughout the country, with services offered by companies including Chevallier, Plusmar, and Pullman General Belgrano, as well as Santorini Turismo and Minibus 21900.
The terminal offers 24-hour access, with ticket offices open Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Facilities include public restrooms, waiting areas, adapted access, parking, and commercial premises. Remise (taxi) services are readily available at the terminal entrance.
