WWE Hall of Famer Booker T Huffman made a surprise appearance at UFC Houston on February 21, 2026, at the Toyota Center, according to reports from multiple sources.
The wrestling legend was shown on the event’s broadcast, seated cageside, as TNT Sports shared footage on Facebook. A commentator acknowledged Booker T, stating, “Booker T, the WWE Hall of Famer, with us here inside the Toyota Center.” Booker T responded by smiling, waving to fans, and displaying his WWE Hall of Fame rings, indicating a comfortable presence within the mixed martial arts environment.
Booker T, born March 1, 1965, is a retired professional wrestler and currently serves as a color commentator for WWE’s NXT brand. He is widely considered one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, holding 35 championships across World Championship Wrestling (WCW), the World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (WWF/E), and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). He is the most decorated wrestler in WCW history, with 21 titles, including a record six WCW World Television Championships and 11 WCW World Tag Team Championships.
The UFC Houston event also featured Strickland’s third-round victory over Anthony Hernandez in the main event, and Uroš Medić’s first-round knockout win against Geoff Neal.
This crossover appearance follows a trend of increased interaction between WWE and UFC, both now operating under the TKO banner. Previously, WWE star Styles had promoted UFC 320 at the T-Mobile Arena.
