BKN Extends Deadline for Part-Time PPPK curriculum Vitae Submission
Indonesia’s National Agency for Civil Service Governance (BKN) has extended the deadline for filling out the Curriculum Vitae (DRH) for prospective part-time Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). The extension addresses challenges faced by candidates in completing the process for obtaining a PPPK Identification Number (NI PPPK).
Originally set to close on September 15, 2025, the DRH filling period is now open until September 22, 2025. Proposed determination of NI PPPK part-time is extended to September 25,2025,with final determination of NI PPPK part time concluding by September 30,2025.
The BKN’s decision, detailed in a recent letter, aims to ensure all eligible candidates have sufficient opportunities to submit their data. Samin Marsaoly, Head of the Ternate City Human Resources and Human Resources Advancement Agency (BKPSDM), confirmed the schedule adjustment.
Marsaoly urged candidates to utilize the extended timeframe, cautioning that network congestion is common closer to deadlines. He also advised careful review of uploaded documents, specifically names, dates of birth, and diplomas, to avoid errors.
Candidates needing assistance with the DRH filling procedures can consult with BKPSDM officials. Further information is available on the official BKN website or directly at the Ternate City BKPSDM Office. As of September 13, 2025, 3,645 part-time PPPK candidates in Ternate City are awaiting determination from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB).
