Local Physician Bolsters West Tennessee Medical Group’s Hospitalist Team
Jackson, TN (September 22, 2025) – West Tennessee Medical Group (WTHMG) today announced the addition of Belal Saleh, DO, to its growing team of hospitalists at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Dr. Saleh’s appointment strengthens WTHMG’s commitment to providing extensive inpatient care throughout the region.
Dr. Saleh is already a familiar face to patients at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, having previously served as a Hospitalist there. His transition to WTHMG ensures continued, high-quality, patient-centered care for those hospitalized in West Tennessee.
“I look forward to continuing to serve the communities of West Tennessee and am excited to be part of West Tennessee Medical Group, working alongside the outstanding providers here in Jackson,” said Dr. Saleh.
Dr. Saleh completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, following his undergraduate studies at Austin Peay state University. He further honed his skills through an Internal Medicine residency at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
