Beau Leroux Scores Stunning Long-Range Goal | MLS Soccer Highlights

The goal, captured in a widely circulated TikTok video posted by Major League Soccer, showcased Leroux’s ability to strike the ball from distance. He also provided an assist in the match, further solidifying his impact on the Earthquakes’ performance.
Leroux signed with the San Jose Earthquakes MLS team on February 21, 2025, after initially joining their MLS Next Pro side, The Town FC, in March 2024. Prior to turning professional, Leroux played college soccer at San Jose State University from 2021 to 2023, where he made 43 appearances and scored seven goals. He was recognized for his collegiate performance with WAC All-Freshman Team honors in 2021 and United Soccer Coaches All-Region Team and All-WAC First Team accolades in 2022.
Born in San Jose, California, to an American father and Chinese mother, Leroux also spent time with Project 51O in USL League Two during the 2022 season, making two appearances. He was selected 42nd overall in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft by the Earthquakes.
The San Jose Earthquakes recently announced a contract extension for Leroux, extending his deal through June 2028 with an option for June 2029. In 33 appearances during the 2025 season, Leroux recorded 5 goals and 4 assists, earning him a key role within the team.
