BC Eagles Lose 3-1 to Virginia Tech in Volleyball Match

Eagles Fall 3-1 to Virginia Tech⁤ in Hard-Fought ACC Match

BLACKSBURG, VA – The Boston college Eagles dropped a 3-1 decision to the Virginia Tech⁣ Hokies in an ACC volleyball⁤ matchup on Wednesday night. Despite strong offensive⁣ performances from Audrey Ross and⁢ Danica Rach, the‍ Eagles were unable⁤ to⁣ overcome a resilient Virginia Tech team.

The⁢ match was a back-and-forth affair, showcasing both teams’ strengths.​ Boston College took​ the first set in a tight 30-28 battle, but Virginia​ Tech responded by winning the next three sets 25-14, 28-26, and 25-23.The​ loss brings Boston⁢ College’s record to⁢ [insert record here], while​ Virginia Tech improves to [insert record here].

Sophomore Lucy Mott posted a⁣ new career-high with 48 assists, while freshman ⁣Bella Ehrlich contributed 9 kills and 9 ⁢blocks, including one solo block, for 15 ​points. Senior Anna Herrington added 8 kills and 3 blocks, including one solo.
