What You’ll Do:
As a Baseball Operations intern,you will be immersed in the day-to-day functions of our department,with opportunities to:
* Learn & Connect: Gain a thorough understanding of Baseball Operations and build valuable relationships with industry professionals.
* Identify Improvements: Conduct research and data analysis to pinpoint areas where we can optimize our processes.
* Present Findings: Communicate your research insights to a broad audience and propose actionable recommendations.
* Data-Driven decisions: Analyze both objective data and subjective evaluations to support player progress and player acquisition strategies.
* Tool Development: Contribute to the creation of tools and reports that enhance our decision-making capabilities.

Work Environment & Expectations:
This position is based in an office environment, utilizing standard office equipment. The work environment can range from moderate noise levels to louder stadium settings. The role is primarily sedentary, but may require some light lifting and filing. A flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.Rare travel may be necessary.
