Bangladesh plane crash: At least 19 dead after military aircraft hits college

Plane crashes into college Canteen Roof, Injuring Students

A plane crash occurred on the roof of a college canteen, according to a duty officer at the fire service control room cited by Prothom Alo. The incident has left students shaken.

Rafiqa Taha, a 16-year-old student at the school, described her fear upon seeing footage of the crash on television. “My God! it’s my school,” she told the Associated Press. Taha, who was not at the school during the incident, noted that the institution serves approximately 2,000 students.
