Royal BAM Group reported a 9% increase in revenue to €7 billion for the fourth quarter of 2025, with earnings per share rising to €0.81, up from €0.31 the previous year, according to results released on February 19, 2026.

The Dutch construction services business attributed the growth to strong performance in both its Netherlands and UK/Ireland divisions. Order booking reached €12.5 billion. The company also anticipates surpassing the 1,854 home sales recorded in 2024, with an uptick in sales during the third quarter of 2025 contributing to this expectation.

Significant project awards bolstered the Netherlands division’s performance, including a €600 million contract for energy and water supply in Limburg for Enexis and Waterleiding Maatschappij Limburg and a €240 million energy renewal contract in North Brabant, also for Enexis. The division further secured a maintenance contract for the Zeeland Bridge in partnership with SPIE Nederland.

Royal BAM Group reiterated its outlook for an adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 5% for the full year 2025. The company’s adjusted EBITDA for 2025 reached €400 million.

The group’s financial progress in the first nine months of 2025 has led to an improved solvency position. BAM also announced plans to repurchase its own shares.

A presentation and audio webcast detailing the Q4 2025 results were scheduled for February 19, 2026, according to a publication schedule released by Koninklijke BAM Groep. The company’s contact information lists its headquarters at Runnenburg 9, 3981 AZ Bunnik, Netherlands.
