Bakırcı GYO will begin book-building on August 24, 2026, followed by İntetra Teknoloji on August 26, 2026, marking a significant liquidity injection into the Borsa Istanbul.
Bakırcı GYO Capitalizes on Real Estate Development Pipeline
Bakırcı GYO has set its public offering price at 12.93 TL per share, utilizing an equal distribution method to reach retail and institutional investors. According to data released via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the offering aims to generate approximately 2.1 billion TL, representing a 25% free float. The subscription period is scheduled for August 24, 25, and 26, 2026.
The company’s fiscal trajectory shows rapid scaling, with revenue rising from 1.5 million TL in 2023 to 12.5 million TL in 2024. Management intends to deploy the majority of the proceeds—between 50% and 55%—into the Bakırcı Ömerli logistics center. Additional capital allocations are earmarked for the Bakırcı Topkapı 2 project (15-20%), the İSTOÇ land development (15-20%), and the Kaya Residans project (5-10%), with a final 5% dedicated to debt retirement.
İntetra Teknoloji Targets Yıldız Pazar Expansion
İntetra Teknoloji and Bilişim Hizmetleri will open its book-building process on August 26 and 27, 2026, under the leadership of Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler. The company has fixed its share price at 53.60 TL, targeting a total offering size of approximately 2.14 billion TL through the sale of 40 million lots. Upon completion, the shares will trade on the Borsa Istanbul Yıldız Pazar under the ticker INTET.E.
The company’s financial reporting indicates a robust growth profile, with revenue reaching 1.7 billion TL in 2023, up from 823.4 million TL in 2022. For the first nine months of 2024, revenue stood at 737.6 million TL, with a gross profit of 301.5 million TL. The firm plans to allocate 60% of the proceeds to financing new investments, 30% to working capital, and 10% to debt settlement.
