Baden-Württemberg Boxing Championships: Gold for Hardthausen Boxers

March 24, 2026 Alex Carter - Sports Editor Sport

Hardthausen am Kocher, Germany – Three young boxers from Olympischer Boxstall eV Hardthausen secured gold medals at the Baden-Württemberg Championships this weekend, marking a significant achievement for the club’s youth development program.

Nikita Springer, competing in the U17 category at 48 kg, and Daniel Hartwig, in the U15 division at 57 kg, both claimed first place in their respective weight classes. Their victories were characterized by strong performances throughout the competition, culminating in championship wins, according to a club statement.

Alexander Schmidt, representing the club in the U13, 48 kg category, did not have an opponent in his weight class at the championships. Despite not competing in a bout, the club views Schmidt as a promising talent and continues to support his development through training, preparing him for future competitions.

The Olympischer Boxstall, established approximately ten years ago, operates as a registered non-profit organization (e.V.) and has fostered a strong sense of community among its members, according to the club’s website. The club offers training programs for boxers of all levels, including sparring and competition groups for experienced athletes, beginner classes, and fitness-focused health programs, all priced at 50 euros per month.

“We are extremely proud of our boxers. The development of our offspring is going very positively,” a club representative stated. The results underscore the club’s commitment to youth boxing and signal a positive outlook for future tournaments and championships.

Located at Buchssteige 33, 74239 Hardthausen am Kocher, the Olympischer Boxstall has received consistently high ratings from its members, achieving a 5.0 rating based on 35 reviews. The club’s training schedule includes sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The club can be reached at +49 176 58449742.
