Axelrod Academy Classes Designed to Help Improve Communication
Axelrod Academy is launching a series of adult leadership and education classes designed to help professionals improve workplace communication, establish boundaries, and handle difficult conversations without requiring prior public speaking experience.
Who Benefits from Axelrod Academy Leadership Classes
The curriculum targets a wide range of professionals seeking to sharpen their interpersonal skills in modern work environments. Managers, supervisors, business owners, and entrepreneurs who routinely handle clients, vendors, and internal teams make up a core segment of the attendees. The sessions also cater to nonprofit executives, board members, job seekers returning to the workforce, and creative professionals preparing for auditions, rehearsals, or professional negotiations.
Emerging leaders and women looking to communicate assertively without being perceived as aggressive are specifically encouraged to participate. The framework directly addresses common workplace friction points, such as speaking up in meetings, setting clear accountability, delivering constructive feedback, and handling disrespectful or aggressive behavior.
