Rohan Loubser won the first set against Arnav Pathange 6-0, but ultimately lost the match in three sets. Lucas Ranciaro also lost his match in two sets, with the first set decided by a tiebreaker. Logan Tomovski secured a three-set victory, and Felipe De La Hormaza’s opponent retired during the second set, giving Austin Peay two crucial points.

According to Austin Peay State University athletics, the order of finish in the match was as follows: doubles matches 3, 2, and 1, followed by singles matches 2, 6, 1, 5, 3, and 4.

The Governors will return to action on Sunday, facing Middle Tennessee at 5 p.m. In Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This match offers Austin Peay an immediate opportunity to rebound from Saturday’s loss.
