Qualifications & Experience: ‍The Ideal Candidate Profile

AWH⁤ is seeking a‍ candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

* Education: A ⁢Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business, or ⁢a related field is ⁢preferred, though an Associate’s degree with commensurate experience will be considered.
* Certification: A Human Resources certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is ⁣a plus.
* Experience: A minimum of five ⁢years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a‍ preference for candidates with experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.

Work environment & Physical Requirements
