Arsenal vs Sporting CP: Ticket Info & Sales Dates – Champions League Quarter-Final Away
Arsenal Football Club has announced details for supporters planning to attend the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie against Sporting CP in Lisbon on Tuesday, April 7, with a limited allocation of 2,642 tickets.
The club will enforce full ticket collections for the match at the José Alvalade Stadium, a measure designed to ensure tickets are used by genuine Arsenal supporters. All supporters who have successfully purchased tickets will receive an email containing full collection details. Collection will be limited to Portugal, and supporters must present physical passports – copies or alternative forms of identification will not be accepted, nor will tickets be available for collection by third parties.
Ticket prices are set at £43.20 for adults and ambulant disabled supporters, with wheelchair user tickets priced at £21.60. Sales are being phased based on Arsenal membership tiers and points accrued through the club’s away match ticket scheme.
The first sales phase, open to Platinum, Gold, and Travel Club members with 20 or more points, began on March 25th at 10:00 am. A second phase for the same membership tiers, requiring 10+ points, will open on March 26th at 10:00 am. Later phases on March 26th at 12:00 pm (5+ points) and 3:00 pm (0+ points) will also be available to Platinum, Gold, and Travel Club members, all subject to availability.
Arsenal is emphasizing the importance of ticket scanning upon entry to the stadium. The club monitors attendance data provided by Sporting CP, and failure to scan a ticket could result in the removal of away match loyalty points. Documentation such as photographs, receipts, or travel bookings will not be accepted as proof of attendance. Repeated failures to scan tickets may lead to further point removals, as outlined in the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions.
The Away Ticket Exchange service will not be available for this match. Supporters are urged to only purchase tickets if they intend to attend the fixture, to maximize the opportunity for as many fans as possible to experience the game.
Arsenal last faced Sporting CP in the Champions League on November 26, 2024, winning 5-1, according to UEFA records. The upcoming match represents the first leg of the quarter-final tie.
