Ariel, must Go ⁢Poised for⁢ Sha Tin Success

SHA⁢ TIN, HONG KONG – Ariel‍ and ⁣Must Go are emerging as ⁢strong contenders ‍at ⁤Sha Tin Racecourse today, with ⁢Ariel favored in the Pyramid ⁤Hill Handicap (2:50pm) and Must Go eyed ‌for an each-way bet in the earlier race (2:15pm). Both horses benefit from favorable conditions ⁣and experienced jockeys, setting the stage for potential upsets.

Despite a lackluster season with four starts yielding no ⁢results, Must Go is⁢ racing below his⁣ last ‌winning mark and has reportedly impressed in recent trials against strong competition. Jockey Brenton Avdulla, a two-time winner aboard the horse, returns to the‌ saddle, potentially influencing a race run to Must go’s advantage. Simultaneously occurring, Ariel, a three-time course-and-distance winner, is expected to secure a strategic journey from gate one with claimer Ellis Wong – who has won on Ariel three times ⁣- capitalizing on the horse’s attractive handicap mark in⁣ the closing stages.

The Pyramid hill Handicap presents⁤ a challenge for Mr Energia, testing his stamina over an extended mile for the first time. While successful‌ at‍ seven furlongs, the anticipated fast pace could push his endurance ‍to its limit,⁢ potentially opening the door⁣ for Ariel’s proven track record ⁤and wong’s expertise.
