Ariana Grande UK Tickets: Fans Demand Ticketmaster Re-Open Requests

Fans of Ariana Grande are petitioning Ticketmaster to reopen the ticket request system for her upcoming UK tour, following overwhelming demand that led to significant queuing issues and the addition of five extra dates at London’s O2 Arena. The initial pre-sale on Tuesday saw over two million users attempting to access tickets, with estimates suggesting at least 200,000 individuals were in the virtual queue, according to reports circulating on social media.

The surge in demand prompted Ticketmaster to add five additional shows to the tour, all of which will be held at the O2 Arena. Grande is scheduled to perform ten nights at the venue, on August 15, 16, 19, 20, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31 and September 1, 2026. The tour, titled ‘The Eternal Sunshine Tour,’ supports Grande’s most recent studio album, Eternal Sunshine, released in March 2024, and its subsequent deluxe edition, Brighter Days Ahead.

Tickets for the UK leg of the tour are currently available through Ticketmaster and AXS. The Radio Times reported on September 18, 2025, that the final Ticketmaster sale was going live, following the initial pre-sale rush. The addition of extra dates reflects the intense interest in seeing Grande perform live, marking her first tour in seven years.

The O2 Arena has confirmed the residency, stating that the Grammy-winning and Academy Award-nominated artist will be performing ten consecutive nights at the London venue. Details regarding age restrictions for the concerts are available on the Ticketmaster website.
