The Landes Football District is actively seeking new delegates for the upcoming 2025/2026 season, aiming to bolster its workforce for sports activities.
The role of a delegate is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of sports competitions. As representatives of the organizing body, whether it be a district, league, or federation, delegates are tasked with coordinating all participants involved in a match. This includes liaising with club officials such as commissioners and security managers, as well as managing interactions with visiting team managers. Delegates are responsible for upholding the competition’s regulations and are empowered to document any relevant observations before, during,or after a game. Essentially, they serve as facilitators, ensuring the efficient and orderly execution of events. While not always mandatory, the presence of an official delegate is persistent by the specific organizing body of the competition. In instances were an official delegate is not appointed, the competition’s regulations will designate a specific individual to fulfill these responsibilities.
Individuals interested in becoming an official delegate for the Landes football District are encouraged to submit their applications via email to direction@landes.fff.fr. The deadline for applications is september 14, 2025.
