Recognition for Levitating and Reacher Season 4

hot.detik.com reported that Anggun earned the Asian Academy Creative Awards recognition for her performance in the film Levitating, also known as Para Perasuk, directed by Wregas Bhanuteja. The film itself previously attracted critic attention when it was screened at the Sundance Film Festival.

I am very happy to receive this recognition, Anggun stated in an official release reported by hot.detik.com. Wregas is a visionary director. The honor he gave me by inviting me to be part of his extraordinary film, as well as the trust he gave me, is already the most beautiful gift I could receive, even more valuable than an award, I am very touched.

French Cultural Honor and National Winners at AACA 2026

This is a very prestigious award, and I feel lucky because only a few Asian artists have ever received it, she said, as quoted by hot.detik.com. Her intense and resilient performance as Amisha, the main antagonist in Prime Video’s global phenomenon series Reacher Season 4, revealed an acting side she had never shown before, following her status as the Indonesian music artist with the highest sales worldwide.

Parallel to Anggun’s recognition, rri.co.id reported that actor Angga Yunanda was named the National Winner for Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2026 for his role as Bayu in the same film, Para Perasuk. rri.co.id stated that both national winners will represent Indonesia at the Grand Gala Final of the AACA on December 3, 2026, at the Capitol Theatre in Singapore, where national winners from 18 participating countries compete for the international titles.

Upcoming Music Projects

The film features an ensemble cast including Anggun, Angga Yunanda, Maudy Ayunda, Bryan Domani, Chicco Kurniawan, Ganindra Bimo, and Indra Birowo, as detailed by rri.co.id, with a plot centered around Desa Latas and its traditional spirit possession rituals where a sacred spring is threatened by corporate development.

Following her film and television projects, hot.detik.com reported that Anggun is preparing a major music project slated for the spring. And this time, my fans who have been waiting for new music will be very happy, she told hot.detik.com. Unfortunately, I cannot leak anything yet, but I can say: see you in the spring. This is probably one of the most important things I have ever done throughout my music career, so I still feel like I am floating on a cloud.
