An earthquake was felt this evening in Haskovo, Kardjali and Madjarovo, the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography at the BAS reported.
The earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 was recorded with an epicenter in the area of ​​the town of Madjarovo. According to data from the National Seismological Center at NIGGG-BAN, the event at 21:51 Bulgarian time had an epicenter 230 km from the city of Sofia, and so far there is evidence that the earthquake was weakly felt in the area of ​​the cities of Madjarovo, Kardjali and Haskovo, added by the institute.
